Corporate HR Exam
Qualified candidates whose credentials
match our requirements shall be invited
to take our exams. Results shall be
forwarded to the local HR of Philam
Company where the candidate is being
considered.

Interview
Candidates who passed the exam
shall be interviewed.

Endorsement to Philam Company's Local HR
Candidates short listed by the Corporate HR will be
endorsed to the Local HR of the Philam company where
the candidates qualify. The local HR of the Philam
Company will advise the candidates of the next steps
and results of their application
