Corporate Plan/ Group Package Description

 

What is a corporate account?

An account is considered a corporate account when the following are present:

1. there is an employer-employee relationship

2. there are at least 20 employees

 

How do we avail this plan?

For companies with 20-99 enrollees:

1. Submit individual application forms together with final master list of employees to be enrolled

For companies with 100 and above enrollees:

1. Submit master list of all employees

2. No medical underwriting is required since pre-existing condition is waived

3. No application form needed

 

What are the benefits in the group package?

The plan includes out-patient care, emergency treatment, preventive health care and if hospitalization is needed - in-patient services and even rehabilitation. These services are available at out-patient clinics, affiliated specialists and accredited hospitals nationwide which are thoroughly screened for credentials and facilities prior to affiliation. The plan varies according to the type of room accommodation depending on the requirement of the account.

 

What's the edge of getting group package?

The edge of getting a group package:

1. Pre-existing condition for corporate accounts with 100 and above employees the pre-existing condition will be waived

2. Lower membership fees shall apply depending on the age profile or list of birthdates of prospective enrollees

3. Mixed plan may be allowed if coverage shall be classified according to rank otherwise, uniform plan for all shall apply

4. Maternity Benefit as Optional Rider-This may be availed of by corporate accounts with at least 50 female regular employees and all regular female employees of the company regardless of civil status, avail of the rider.
