office nearest you.
Or at any AIG
office nearest you if you are outside the
Philippines.
- The
furnishing of claim forms, or any other forms supplemental
thereto, by Philamlife shall not constitute nor be
considered an admission by it that there was any
insurance in force on the claim in question, nor
a waiver of any of its rights to defense.
- Claims
shall be accepted and processed only upon submission
of complete requirements and duly accomplished forms.
- Philamlife
reserves the right to add, replace, modify or delete
any requirements without prior notice.
