- Accident
Death and Disablement Benefit
Philamlife will pay for benefits caused by accidents and/or
up to 100% of a person's accident insurance coverage in
case of accidental disablement.
- Permanent
and Total Disability Benefit
If a person is rendered permanently and totally disabled
by an accident, said person will receive 3% of his total
accident insurance coverage every month for 32 months
and at the end of that period the person will receive
a final payment of 4% of his total insurance coverage.

a more detailed explanation of this benefit)
- Special
Major Accidental Disablement Coverage
If a person suffers an injury or becomes disabled on the
following:
- Both Hands
- Both Feet
- One Hand and One Foot
- Sight of both eyes
Said person shall receive an added benefit equal to 25%
of his total accident insurance coverage on top of the
Accidental Disablement provision which pays 100% of a
person's insurance coverage. This means that if
a person is insured for one million pesos
(P 1,000,000.00) and suffers a disablement which falls
on any of the four special cases cited above, that person
will thus receive a total of 125% of his insurance which
in this case would be ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P 1,250,000.00).
- Special
Compassionate Benefit
Pays an amount equivalent to 2.5% of the insurance coverage
or a maximum of P 100,000.00, whichever is lower, in case
of death not resulting from injury caused by an accident.
- Renewal
Bonus
We will increase your original insurance coverage by 5%
each year for the first five years of continued renewal
of your policy. (Applicable only to the first P
800,000.00 of the insurance coverage)
- Murder
and Assault Benefit
Philamlife will pay up to 50% of the insurance coverage
but not exceeding P 100,000 for deaths due to unprovoked
murder and/or injury caused by assault. In cases
of homicide (where deaths are considered accidental) we
will pay up to 100% of the insurance coverage.
Value
Added Options
- Medical
Reimbursement
Philamlife will reimburse actual medical expenses for
injuries sustained from an accident provided that the
treatment begins within 30 days from the date of the accident.
The amount of medical reimbursement coverage is equivalent
to 5% of the accident insurance with a maximum of P 50,000.
This value-added option, when paid, is not deductible
from the amount of accident insurance.
