all-weather insurance coverage. The benefit schedule can be
tailor-fitted to the needs of your employees as well as your
budget.
Coverage
may be uniform, based on position, multiple of salary, length
of service or any combination thereof.
Basically
consists of the Group Yearly Renewable Term (GYRT) insurance,
to which the following riders may be attached:
1. Accidental
Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
2. Total and Permanent Disability Income Benefit (TPDIB)
Payment
modes may be annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly

1. Regular,
full time, actively-at-work employees, ages 18 to 64
2. Bona fide members of good standing who are actively performing
the normal chores of life

participation if the plan is company paid; 75% participation
if the plan is paid by employer and employee.

Proof
of good health shall be required from those whose insurance
coverage exceed the No Evidence Limit (NEL). (The NEL
is set by the Underwriting Dept).
