PHILAMLIFE NAMED PLATINUM SUPERBRAND FOR
2004 BY READER'S DIGEST
The
name Philamlife has always been synonymous
with life insurance. For over five decades,
more than a million families have come
to associate the company with financial
security and peace of mind that stems
from the knowledge that no matter what
the future might bring, Philamlife will

It
comes as no surprise then that Philamlife
has been voted as one of the Asia’s
SuperBrands of 2004 by the readers and
subscribers of Reader’s Digest in
the Philippines.
In
a survey done in October 2003, Reader’s
Digest asked respondents to list one company
or brand per category that appeals to
them the most based on five attributes:
quality, which measures how well a company’s
products or services are made or designed;
value, which determines the degree of
satisfaction the respondent has experienced
with a company’s product or service
regardless of price; strong image, which
reflects a brand’s unique and consistent
identity; trustworthiness, which mirrors
how credible and reliable a brand is as
perceived by the respondents; and understanding
of customer needs, which gauges how much
a company identifies, fulfills and satisfies
the respondent’s requirements.

the SuperBrands awarding rites in Makati
recently.
The
survey covered 41 categories, ranging
from cars and hotels to office and household
appliances to consumer goods. Philamlife
not only emerged as the top choice in
the insurance category, it also received
such high scores that it earned the unique
distinction of being a Platinum SuperBrand.
A Platinum SuperBrand is a brand that
holds a truly commanding lead over the
other brands in a certain category. Philamlife
is one of only fifteen such brands from
the Philippines.
